We’re looking for friendly and energetic Bar Staff to join our team this season.

The Role

As a member of the Bar team, you’ll prepare and serve drinks, maintain a clean and organised bar area, and ensure all guests enjoy excellent service. You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and restaurant teams to provide a seamless experience for families and adults alike. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including soft drinks, cocktails, and specialty drinks

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards at the bar

• Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and excellent customer service

• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and rotation

• Support events, theme nights, and high-volume service periods

• Work collaboratively with kitchen, restaurant, and front-of-house teams

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols

• Assist the Bar Manager with operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate

• Friendly, approachable, and confident with strong communication skills

• Team player with a flexible, hands-on approach

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Enjoys working in a family-friendly resort environment
