Our Reception Team is at the heart of the guest experience — warm, welcoming, and always one step ahead — and now, we’re looking for a confident and charismatic Receptionist to join us.

The Role

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for guests. Whether you're checking people in, answering questions, or offering insider tips about the local area, your role is all about creating smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experiences from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently using the hotel’s system

• Offer concierge-style support — answering guest queries, recommending local experiences, and assisting with bookings or arrangements

• Maintain accurate records and ensure guest information is up to date

• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest needs

• Handle complaints or concerns calmly and effectively, always striving for a positive resolution

• Manage phone and email communication in a timely and professional manner

• Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards at the front desk and lobby area

• Support the Front Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a front-of-house, hotel reception, or guest services role

• Friendly, calm, and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities

• Tech-savvy — experience with PMS/hotel booking systems is a plus

• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Turkish or German) are a strong advantage

• A team player with a flexible, hands-on approach to hospitality

• Willing to work a shift pattern including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
