Location: Cook’s Club Adakoy, Marmaris, Turkey
Employment Type: Seasonal / Full-Time
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager

Our Restaurant Team is at the heart of the guest dining experience — friendly, efficient, and always ensuring every meal is memorable. We’re looking for confident and energetic Restaurant Staff to join us this season.


The Role

As a member of the Restaurant Team, you’ll help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Whether serving guests, assisting with setup, or supporting smooth service flow, your role is all about ensuring each guest enjoys their meal in a welcoming and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests with a warm, professional attitude

  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring high standards of cleanliness

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages to make recommendations

  • Handle guest queries, requests, or concerns calmly and effectively

  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

  • Support the Restaurant Manager with operational tasks as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality role preferred

  • Friendly, calm, and confident with excellent communication skills

  • Team player with a flexible, hands-on approach

  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Turkish or German) are a plus

  • Willing to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
