We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic Bar/Restaurant Staff to join our team this season.

The Role

As a member of the Bar/Restaurant Team, you’ll prepare and serve drinks, maintain a clean and organised bar, and ensure all guests receive excellent service. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

When the bar is quiet, you will also be helping out in the restaurant serving guests food and bar snacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, cocktails, and specialty drinks

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards at the bar

• Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and excellent customer service

• Assist with stock management, deliveries, and rotation

• Support events, theme nights, and high-volume service periods

• Work collaboratively with kitchen, restaurant, and front-of-house teams

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring high standards of cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, 

• Friendly, approachable, and confident with strong communication skills

• Team player with a flexible, hands-on approach

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Enjoys working in a family-friendly resort environment
